To strengthen the bilateral partnership between Russia and China, not only discussions, negotiations and tastings are important, but also informal events, which are sometimes even more significant than business meetings.

The Russian Export Center, implementing the Made in Russia promotion program, pays great attention to informal communications, supports and organizes cultural and sports events in Russia and abroad. “We have already held a boat racing with our Chinese partners in Vladivostok, played curling, admired the skills of our principal dancers and virtuosos of the symphony orchestra,” recalled Veronika Nikishina, General Director, REC.

On July 19, representatives of business, government agencies, and basketball stars from Russia and China met on the playground as part of a friendly basketball match.

The match was held with the participation of famous basketball players, former players of the Russian national team Viktor Keyru, Sergey Bykov and Nikolay Padius, as well as the popular Chinese basketball player Zhang Ziyu.
