Mistral Trading from the Moscow region, one of the largest Russian exporters, manufacturers and distributors of food products, was awarded the Made in Russia voluntary certificate in the Environmental Friendliness category from Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF).
The company, which has been operating on the market for over 30 years, initially established itself as a leader due to its competitive range of cereals, legumes, flakes and cane sugar. The production facilities of Mistral Trading are located in the city of Podolsk in the Moscow region.
Mistral Trading has been engaged in export activities from the very beginning. In recent years, in order to successfully enter foreign markets, the company has received international certificates, adapted packaging to the requirements of various markets, conducted marketing research and also used the partner search service on the My Export state digital platform.
The company's products are in the greatest demand in Kazakhstan, and its immediate plans include entering the promising markets of China, the UAE, Thailand and Vietnam. In total, the company's products are exported to more than 16 countries.
"The Made in Russia certificate is a strategic step for us and a powerful tool for creating trust in our products abroad. In the process of becoming an exporter, we faced challenges, especially the lack of information about consumer eating habits, competitors' product range and preferred packaging formats in foreign markets. The Made in Russia mark is an official quality mark confirming the highest quality of products developed and manufactured in the Russian Federation. To obtain the respective certificate, the company and its products or services are not subject to additional checks by REC. It is necessary to apply for the certificate on the REC website, attaching the necessary documents electronically, and sign the automatically generated questionnaire.
