LLC "Kaloria" is one of the largest dairy processing enterprises in the South of Russia, located in the Kanevsky district of the Krasnodar Territory. The company has been operating since 1991, and has been producing cheeses with a mold culture since 2003.
Today, Kaloriy's product range includes about 270 types of dairy products, from whole milk and fermented milk products to butter and high-end cheeses. The company takes pride in its 21 types of white and blue mold cheeses, many of which are unique in Russia. The variety of cheeses includes different types of Camembert, Black Pearl sulfur cheese, Picante wine-crusted cheese, the patented Ravisman cheese, as well as Gorgonzola, Kuban Blues, and others. All cheeses are made according to original recipes using French technology, based on high-quality Kuban milk with a high protein content.
Since 2020, the company has been successfully exporting products to Kazakhstan and Belarus. In the domestic market, its products are represented from the southern regions to the Far East — from Crimea and the LPR to Salekhard and Yuzhno‑Sakhalinsk.
The quality of the products is confirmed by numerous awards: the company regularly wins the "Best Product" contests at Prodexpo, WorldFood Moscow, Peterfood, and also has the distinctive "Made in Kuban" mark on more than 100 product range items.
An important milestone was the receipt of a voluntary "Made in Russia" certificate in the "Reliability" category. This certificate confirms that the products meet strict national quality and safety standards. For Kaloria, the certificate is not just a label, but a tool for building consumer and partner trust, an additional argument for entering new markets and participating in export programs.
The company continues to modernize its production, implement scientific developments, and expand its supply geography, proving that Russian dairy products can compete at the highest level. The "Made in Russia" certificate becomes a reliable foundation for the further growth and strengthening of the Kuban manufacturer's reputation.
The Made in Russia export promotion program offers free certification for manufacturers of non-commodity goods and services. The certificate can be obtained based on five criteria: quality, reliability, uniqueness, environmental friendliness, and organicity. All you need to do is submit an application on the REC website, attach the necessary documents in electronic form, and sign the automatically generated questionnaire. The program is coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and the main functions for its implementation, according to the International Cooperation and Export National Project, are assigned to the Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF).
