At the Discover Russia show held in Beijing, Miratorg, leading Russian agro-industrial holding, held a master class on cooking perfect steaks. Organized by Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group) under the auspices of the Made in Russia national brand, the event took place at the Russian Embassy in China, highlighting the strategic importance of bilateral trade dialogue.
The company's brand chef, Dmitry Lazko, not only revealed the nuances of working with Miratorg's premium marbled meat but also shared a recipe for perfect roasting. Guests were particularly interested in his culinary collaboration with renowned Chinese blogger Coco, who helped prepare young bull meat, demonstrating how a Russian product can be adapted to local tastes.
"We already have many restaurants in Beijing, selling our marbled meat. Events like these are a great opportunity not only to strengthen partnerships but also to demonstrate to end consumers the highest quality and culture of consuming Russian products," Dmitry Lazko.
Miratorg's activities in China are part of its systematic efforts to develop export. Company’s products, well-known in the domestic market, are already available in many countries worldwide, and China remains a key destination. Holding the master class as a live show at a prestigious diplomatic venue enhances the image of Russian food brands as modern, high-quality, and open to international cooperation.
