Made in Russia Certificates for BiAgro: Success in the Production and Export of Veterinary Drugs

BiAgro Trading LLC, part of the Bionit Group, continues to expand its foreign trade operations with the support of Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group). The company now holds Made in Russia certificates. These certificates, issued in the reliability category, cover BiAgro's key veterinary products, namely virus vaccine against Newcastle disease, strain H (live, dry), VLADIVAK-LA-SOTA vaccine against Newcastle disease (live, dry), and Myomag.

Bionit Group is one of the pioneers in veterinary drug production in Russia. It was founded in 1991 by Vladimir biologists and pharmacists. Over the past 35 years, the company has transformed from a small laboratory into a large, modern plant producing medications and vaccines for all species of animals and birds.

Today, BiAgro boasts its own laboratory complex, advanced production lines, and a subsidiary farm with livestock for production. The company employs over 130 specialists, and its production space has expanded from 750 to 3,000 square meters. This allows producing over 30 types of veterinary medications, including vaccines against poultry and rabbit diseases, general health and wellness products, tonics, gynecological medications, anti-mastitis medications, hormonal medications, antiparasitic medications, and antibacterial medications for cattle, small ruminants, and pigs, as well as disinfectants and ointments. More than 2.4 million liters of infusion solutions, over 24,000 liters of antibiotic solutions, and over 360 million doses of vaccines are produced annually.

BiAgro Trading LLC has been actively engaged in export activities since 2008, supplying its products to 89 regions of Russia and ten foreign countries. Its export geography covers Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Obtaining the Made in Russia certificate is an important strategic step for BiAgro. Made in Russia certificates have confirmed the quality of Myomag, used for the prevention and treatment of uterine subinvolution, postpartum metritis and endometritis, as well as for weak labor contractions and pushing, and retained placenta in cattle and other animals. Two Newcastle disease virus vaccines have also been certified, namely a live, dry vaccine made from the low-pathogenic H strain, which is the safest for injectable vaccination of young birds of all species from the 60th day of life, and the more potent Vladivak-LA-SOTA (live, dry vaccine), made from the La-Sota strain. The latter provides strong humoral and cellular immunity and can be administered intranasally, to the conjunctiva, as a water dose, or as an aerosol spray, giving bird owners flexibility in their choice of method. The company offers a wide range of vaccines with different strains to fully meet the needs of poultry farms.

The Made in Russia mark confirms the high standards and quality of products designed and manufactured in the Russian Federation. To get a free Made in Russia certificate, the company does not need to undergo additional checks by Russian Export Center. The certificate is awarded based on five key criteria, namely quality, reliability, uniqueness, environmental friendliness, and organic origin.
