Softway++ received the Made in Russia certificate

Softway++ LLC, a Russian technology company from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), received the Made in Russia certificate from Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group).

The certificate was awarded to company's flagship product, the Skillometer intellectual ecosystem, in the uniqueness category. This solution was recognized as an innovative Russian development in the fields of HR and EdTech, and the Made in Russia" mark confirms product's high export potential and its competitiveness in the global market.

Skillometer is a comprehensive AI-powered platform that fully automates HR management cycle, from accurate recruitment to professional development.

System's key technological advantage is the automatic generation of training content. Skillometer's AI algorithms not only analyze employee competencies and identify knowledge gaps, but also independently create customized plans and training courses. The status was awarded as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project.
