Unique lighting equipment by Argus-M was awarded the Made in Russia certificate

Argus-M, a Russian manufacturer of innovative mobile lighting equipment, has been successfully supplying its products to the international market since 2019.

The products are designed for use in challenging conditions: at large industrial facilities, construction sites, and in remote locations. Key competitive advantages include in-house production in Moscow and total quality control, ability to customize products to meet customer needs, and a wide range of models, from powerful diesel masts to autonomous solar-powered solutions.

The company was founded in 2012 and has grown from a small 100-square-meter facility to a modern enterprise capable of producing over 2,500 units annually. Its export portfolio includes mobile light towers such as Prometheus, Solaris, Odyssey, and Albatross, inflatable towers, recirculators, light sleds, and portable refrigerators.

Currently, the company delivers most of its products to Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and the Middle East. It plans to further expand its export reach to the Middle East.
To this end, the company has joined a comprehensive promotion program in foreign markets under the Made in Russia national brand. The Made in Russia certificate confirms products' origin and high-quality standards. The company's flagship product, the unique Argus-M lighting system, was certified as well.
"For us, this isn't just a formal sign, but recognition of the quality and reliability of our products. It opens up new opportunities for participation in exhibitions and federal programs aimed at supporting export, which is especially important for further expansion of our supply geography," Ekaterina Stepanova, company's CEO.

The program is coordinated by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF) is responsible for its implementation under the International Cooperation and Export national project. Made in Russia offers free certification for manufacturers of non-commodity goods and services. Certificates can be obtained based on five criteria: quality, reliability, uniqueness, environmental friendliness, and organic origin. Simply submit an application on the REC website, attaching the required documents electronically, and sign the automatically generated form.

Since the start of its export operations, the company has taken a series of steps to adapt its products to the requirements of international markets, including the transition to universal international standards and climate-resistant components.
Argus-M's top piece of advice for aspiring exporters is to thoroughly research the foreign market and its capacity. "Understanding local requirements, standards, and operational specifics is the first and most important step to successfully concluding an international deal”.
