From December 9 to 11, Made in Russia. Chosen Worldwide All-Russian Conference was held in Moscow. It was organized by Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group). The conference featured a series of procurement sessions attended by 48 foreign buyers from 14 countries, including China, Iran, the UAE, Türkiye, Brazil, and countries in Africa and Central Asia.
Russian businesses were represented by over 150 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from 39 Russian regions, including Arkhangelsk, Sverdlovsk, and Moscow regions, the Republic of Tatarstan, St. Petersburg, Crimea, and more.
In total, procurement participants held more than 2,000 meetings.
"This event marks another step in strengthening export potential of Russian companies. We create direct bridges between domestic manufacturers and foreign partners, helping businesses enter new markets. I am confident that these meetings will result in new contracts and long-term cooperation," Natalia Minaeva, Director for Regional Infrastructure Development for Export Support, REC.
For several years now, procurement sessions have served as an effective platform for business negotiations, contributing to the growth of Russia's non-resource export. This year, the geographic range of participants expanded, while foreign companies' interest in Russian products confirms their demand in international markets.
