On June 11–12, a multi-sectoral business mission under the Made in Russia brand, organized by Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group), is taking place in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. More than 40 Russian companies are presenting a wide range of products and solutions: from consumer goods to construction and IT.
"In 2024, the volume of export from Russia to the Kyrgyz Republic amounted to $1.1 billion, which is 15.4% more than the previous year. The REC business mission in Kyrgyzstan will be another step towards bringing the businesses of our countries closer. Over two days, Russian manufacturers and Kyrgyz companies will be able to discuss prospects for cooperation, establish a lively and mutually beneficial dialogue, find partners, and build long-term relationships based on mutual interest," Ishkhan Buyuklyanov, Head of the REC Representative Office in Kyrgyzstan.
Kyrgyz companies can evaluate equipment for the oil, gas, and metallurgical industries, solutions for industrial and residential construction, mine rescue and fire-fighting equipment, as well as a variety of agricultural products, food and beverages, personal care cosmetics, and much more.
The mission program includes a plenary session with the participation of representatives from the Russian Embassy, the Russian Trade Representation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, the Russian-Kyrgyz Business Council, and the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund. B2B meetings with distributors, government bodies, and trade organizations are planned, as well as presentations and exhibition stands of Russian companies. Special attention will be drawn to a culinary show by a chef with a tasting of dishes made from Russian products, which will allow representatives of large retail in Kyrgyzstan to assess the quality and taste of Made in Russia products.
The business mission in Kyrgyzstan is an important initiative within the framework of the state program to support Russian non-resource exports under the Made in Russia national brand. The business mission will contribute to the development of both trade-economic and cultural-educational cooperation between the businesses and peoples of Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
