Volgograd-based Archeda-product was awarded the Made in Russia certificate: Delika cereals confirmed their organicity

Archeda-product LLC, one of the leading food industry enterprises in the South of Russia, was awarded the Made in Russia national certificate from Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group) in the ‘organic origin’ category for its instant Delika cereals.

The history of Archeda-product is rooted in the rich traditions of the Don Cossacks, starting in 1998. It is interesting that the elevator and the grain mill of the enterprise are located on the site of the historical grain mill of the landowner I. I. Chebotarev, built around 1902. This plant, despite its fate (nationalization in 1917, destruction during the Great Patriotic War and subsequent restoration), has always remained the largest flour and grain milling enterprise in the city of Frolovo, providing, among other things, the Stalingrad Front with millet during the Great Patriotic War.

Under the Delika brand, Archeda-product manufactures a wide range of instant porridges created for the health of consumers. These porridges, from oatmeal and millet with fruits, berries and superfoods to buckwheat with chicken and mushrooms, are distinguished by exclusively natural ingredients. As a medium-sized business, Archeda-product successfully introduces elements of craft production: raw materials and ingredients are used only from trusted suppliers, all products are natural, created according to home recipes, include superfoods, and the entire process — from field to counter — is strictly supervised.

When forming the assortment and packaging for export, Archeda-product carefully analyzes not only Russia’s political relations with a country, but also family traditions, gastronomic preferences and cultural characteristics, which allows it to create a product that ideally meets the local needs.

In 2024, Archeda-Product introduced a completely new product to the market, which was developed and designed using artificial intelligence. This innovative product combines the delicate consistency of semolina and the beneficial properties of oatmeal. In addition, the company uses unique superfoods in the production of instant porridges, which is a non-trivial approach on the market:

  • hemp protein is not only a source of high-quality protein, but also contains chlorophyll, a plant analogue of hemoglobin, useful for hematopoiesis. Hemp seeds, from which protein is produced, are non-toxic and do not contain gluten, unlike most cereals. Proteins are represented by albumins and globulins, which play a special role in the immune status of the body;
  • Amaranth: contains squalene, which, when it enters the human body, activates regenerative processes in the tissues of internal organs. Squalene is actively used in modern medicine in the treatment of serious diseases;
  • Goji berries, known as a source of antioxidants, iron and vitamin E, making them a valuable ingredient for maintaining youth and overall health.

Archeda-product began export activities back in 2007, concluding its first contract with a distributor from Armenia. However, the company's foreign economic activity has been developing actively and systematically since 2021. In the process of becoming an exporter, the company faced difficulties typical for many enterprises: lack of a clear understanding of the sequence of actions, difficulties in finding foreign partners and a language barrier.

It was at this point that cooperation with Russian Export Center through the regional Export Support Center of the Volgograd Region played a decisive role.

Thanks to the comprehensive support of the Russian Export Center and the capabilities of the My Export digital platform, Archeda-product was able not only to overcome these challenges, but also to significantly increase export deliveries. Its export volume has grown almost threefold compared to 2021. Thus, the company actively used services for participation in foreign exhibitions and business missions, insures export contracts and checks counterparties. In addition, Archeda specialists repeatedly turned to the Barriers and Market Requirements portal to study the terms of deliveries to Egypt and China, which made it possible to adapt products and packaging (for example, during the first shipment to China, it was necessary to re-sticker the products due to mixed-up labels, but by the next shipment, the production complex had learned the main Chinese characters for control).

Today, Archeda-Product products are successfully supplied to more than 50 regions of Russia and exported to 10 countries, including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, China, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Israel. The company negotiates daily on expanding the geography of supplies, striving for the widest possible presence on all continents.

"Our highest value is taking care of the consumer. And no matter where in the world he is, we want to be able to take care of him," Svetlana Ovchintseva, General Director of Archeda-product LLC.
