Primelab Received a Made in Russia Certificate for Equipment for New Drugs and Composites

Primelab LLC, based in Mytishchi, Moscow Region, received a Made in Russia certificate from Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group) for its high-tech laboratory equipment, which is already being used in projects to develop new drugs and composites. The Made in Russia certificate was awarded for company's key products, including magnetic and overhead stirrers, chemically resistant laboratory pumps, and thermostats.

Since its founding in 2018, Primelab has rapidly grown from a manufacturer of magnetic stirrers to a company with a full cycle of development and production of complex laboratory equipment. By 2022, the entire process had been mastered, and in 2023, a modern glassblowing workshop opened, a unique facility in Russia, enabling the creation of chemical glassware and installations from borosilicate glass. That same year, Primelab's products were presented to Russian President Vladimir Putin at the 3rd Congress of Young Scientists.

Today, Primelab is a 3,000-square-meter production facility where magnetic and overhead stirrers, thermostats, vacuum and reactor systems, cryostats, and specialized chemical glassware are manufactured.

"For us, the Made in Russia mark is a seal of quality for the customer. It immediately sets us apart from other manufacturers,'" Grigory Skvortsov, CEO of Primelab.

The company develops and manufactures its own products, including some key components and items made from borosilicate glass, ensuring complete control over quality and price. This allows it to offer solutions that are more affordable than foreign counterparts. Three unique features of the company are its full production cycle, its own glassblowing workshop, and the ability to adapt its equipment to meet specific customer needs.

Primelab's export operations began in 2021 with deliveries to Kazakhstan, followed by Belarus. The company watches market reaction, finds consumers, and then expands the product range and geography. Plans include entering the promising markets of the BRICS countries. Before partnering with Russian Export Center, the company faced difficulties finding reliable distributors abroad.

"REC ensures that cargo will arrive, contract will be signed, and there will be an advice when there is a problem," Grigory Skvortsov.

Having known about Russian Export Center since launch, Primelab has been actively using its resources. Thanks to the Consultation. Product Conformity Assessment Requirements service on My Export platform, Primelab has obtained valuable information on the mandatory product and production requirements in target countries, as well as information on relevant conformity assessment bodies.

The Made in Russia mark confirms the high standards and quality of products designed and manufactured in the Russian Federation.
