This great event, connecting our nations, has been held for many years with the support of Russian Export Center. The importance of the Made in Russia festival and fair was highlighted by the leaders of our countries: Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping at a recent meeting in the Kremlin on May 8, which emphasized the desire to further develop bilateral relations. The last festival and fair was also a great success, largely due to the personal visit of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin to the exhibition in Harbin," Dmitry Chernyshenko.

"The relations between our countries are stable, they continue to develop, they are not affected by external circumstances, they protect the world order and are based on business cooperation. This what guarantees our development. China has been Russia's main trading partner for 15 years. And the future prospects are very large. We hope that we will continue to successfully work on mutual cooperation. And we hope that bloggers will also contribute. We use all the advantages: artificial intelligence, e-commerce, possibility of conducting online negotiations in order to increase our mutual trade and move to a new level. Russia is actually the fourth largest market for China in e-commerce, and we can stimulate mutual development. This is an exclusively mutually beneficial cooperation. We can make payments using our national currencies. This is important progress. Today's event allows us to develop cooperation between the two countries, and Made in Russia can become the main platform for this," Zhang Hanhui, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Russian Federation.

"Under conditions of rapid digital transformation of the global economy, Russia and China partnership is reaching a qualitatively new level, relying on innovative digital platforms and modern formats of interaction. The joint statement following the recent visit of Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized the need to develop bilateral trade and improve its turnover, including through the use of new e-commerce tools. Today's events are being held as part of these agreements and instructions of the President of Russia following the Strong Ideas for a New Time forum. They are an example of promoting national brands outside of Russia and open up new opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses, expanding their access to the largest foreign market. Such initiatives not only promote Russian products in the international arena, but also form sustainable trust and partnership, strengthening bilateral relations for the benefit of both countries," Anton Kobyakov, Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation.

Following the past festivals and fairs, entrepreneurs have concluded export contracts worth over 4.5 billion rubles. Nikishina, has united many regional manufacturers. Today, with the support of Chinese colleagues, an exhibition and fair in China has once again started, where a hundred companies from 50 regions are already represented. The initiative of the Chinese entrepreneur Yu We to hold a Russian-Chinese fair to promote Russian brands was among the top 10 ideas that were presented to the President last year. We are grateful to the Government of Russia, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Russian Export Center and Roscongress Foundation for helping to implement the project, thanks to which local manufacturers have the opportunity to present their goods and products for a promising Chinese market. A year ago, Yu Wei said that Russian products are very popular in China. From this year's applications submitted by Russian brands to take part in We are the greatest competition we see that Food Products, Consumer Goods, and Creative Industries are the top 3 nominations in terms of the number of applicants. We have extended the application period until June 1!" Svetlana Chupsheva, General Director, Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
