Kropotkin MiSSP Plant got Made in Russia certificate for A-12000-8 Blow Molding Machine

Kropotkin MiSSP Plant JSC, Krasnodar Krai, which has been operating since 1980, was awarded the Made in Russia certificate from Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group). The certificate was granted for its A-12000-8 blow molding machine; a new generation machine designed to produce high-quality PET containers.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia coordinates the Made in Russia program within the framework of International Cooperation and Export national project, and the main functions for ensuring and implementing the program are assigned to Russian Export Center.

The company has come a long. Initially, the plant specialized in developing equipment for Minmontazhspetsstroy. Since 1994 it has mastered the production of equipment for food industry. And since 1998 it has begun manufacturing semi-automatic blow molding equipment for PET containers. Since 2000, the plant has been producing automatic blow molding machines, and since 2012 it has been supplying comprehensive solutions for automated bottling lines for water, beverages and oils. In recent years, the product line has expanded to include innovative blow molding and labeling machines with a capacity of up to 12 thousand pieces per hour.

"The Made in Russia certificate is an important milestone for us. It helps confirm the reliability and competitiveness of our equipment in international markets. We are confident that export is not only an additional sales channel but also a powerful incentive for technological development. Government support, in particular from Russian Export Center, plays a key role in ensuring that Russian enterprises can successfully compete in the global market," Sergey Chizhenko, Deputy General Director of Kropotkin MiSSP Plant JSC.

Today, the plant exports its products to Iran, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Armenia. Kazakhstan and Iran demonstrate the highest demand for the product. It is because in those countries food industry is actively developing and needs for modern equipment are growing. The company plans to enter the markets of Southwest Asia, South America and Africa.

"Our A-12000-8 blow molding machine combines high productivity, energy efficiency and precision of operation, which makes it in demand both in the domestic and foreign markets. The Made in Russia certificate is not just a sign, it is a symbol of trust that opens up new opportunities for promotion and participation in international tenders," Sergey Chizhenko.

Since 2016, the plant has been using My Export platform to receive various services when developing foreign markets. Thus, the company actively uses the support from Russian Export Center, namely consultations on entering international markets, employee training, participation in international exhibitions.

It’s worth noting that the Made in Russia program, implemented by Russian Export Center, is a key instrument of state support for non-resource, non-energy export. The program is designed to confirm the integrity of Russian manufacturers as reliable suppliers of quality products. This is achieved through a voluntary certification system that allows companies to demonstrate that their goods meet high quality and safety standards. To receive a free Made in Russia certificate, a company and its products or services are not subject to additional checks by REC. To obtain a certificate, a company needs to do is submit an application on Russian Export Center website.

Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) is a state institution that supports non-resource, non-energy export. It provides companies from various industries with both financial and non-financial support at all stages of entering international markets, including within the framework of the International Cooperation and Export national project. Most of the services offered by the REC Group are available online on My Export digital platform. REC is also responsible for ensuring and implementing the Made in Russia program, which is coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
