Innovation and quality from Volgograd: Bronya received Made in Russia certificates for its liquid thermal insulation.

Founded in 2008 in Volgograd, Bronya LLC today is one of Russia's leading manufacturers of innovative liquid ceramic thermal insulation coatings. Over the past 17 years, the company has expanded its product range to over 42 types, including fire-retardant, polymer, and rubber waterproofing coatings, primers, and water repellents.

The company's flagship product is the Bronya series of liquid, non-combustible thermal insulation, with 1 mm of coating replacing up to 50 mm of traditional mineral insulation. The material is resistant to temperatures from -60°C to +260°C and lasts for over 15 years. It is used in construction, shipbuilding, energy, and restoration. This innovation is based on 17 patented technologies, and its quality is confirmed by dozens of tests and certificates.

Company's export history began almost immediately. In 2008, three months after its launch, Bronya signed its first major contract to supply thermal insulation to the Shymkent Thermal Power Plant in Kazakhstan. Since then, exports have become a significant component, now accounting for approximately 65-70% of company sales.

The company expanded its geographic presence to more than 60 countries, including European Union, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Significant support was provided by Russian Export Center and Volgograd Region Export Support Center, which assisted with organizing participation in international exhibitions, finding and attracting buyers, certification and patenting. The company implemented these support measures through My Export digital platform, which has become a key element of its export strategy. Through this platform, Bronya LLC successfully uses a full range of support measures, from applying for certificates and preferential cargo insurance to participating in business missions and organizing trade marketing.

The company also notes significant growth in eastern markets. In 2024, container shipments to China and the UAE were made for the first time, and Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are actively purchasing container shipments. Shipments to Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar were less frequent. Indonesia, South Korea, and Mongolia are emerging as key markets for container and semi-trailer shipments.

"We have achieved comprehensive certification in virtually every region of the world, in part thanks to the support from Russian Export Center, their subsidies. Thanks to this, we find dealers or ready-made customers almost immediately after exhibitions. This significantly shortens the time from product presentation to actual contracts," Alexander Boyarintsev, CEO.

Obtaining Made in Russia national brand certificates for a series of liquid thermal insulation coatings has significantly increased company's trust among international clients and partners. This recognition confirms high production standards and is a powerful marketing tool, opening the door to participation in international exhibitions, B2B platforms, and REC demonstration pavilions.

"The Made in Russia certificate is a sign that we're pursuing new technologies and putting our heart and soul into every coating. Our products truly work and help retain heat and energy. The certificate demonstrates that Russian technologies are on par with global ones, and even better. We're proud that our coatings are trusted in Russia and beyond," Alexander Boyarintsev.

The company plans to further expand its export sales, actively develop its dealer network, and participate in international exhibitions, particularly in Latin America, the CIS, and Asia. Bronya LLC plans to continue to enjoy the support and programs from Russian Export Center for sustainable growth and strengthening its position on the global stage.
