Made in Russia certificate holders presented adaptive solutions in St. Petersburg

The final of On Wings International Adaptive Clothing Design Competition took place in St. Petersburg on June 18. As part of the competition, an exhibition opened featuring projects by Russian companies, some of which are realizing their export potential with the support of Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group). REC acts as a partner of On Wings competition.

"For Russian Export Center, it is a great honor to be a partner of such a significant competition, which this year has already reached an international level. We will do everything possible to help the competition participants, many of whom undoubtedly have great export potential, enter foreign markets. For this, REC has the widest range of tools and state support measures available to everyone. Some of the projects presented in the competition are already proudly promoted abroad under the Made in Russia national brand," Veronika Nikishina, REC CEO.

In particular, at the exhibition, Motorika, Moscow-based company, is demonstrating three types of prostheses. Motorika received the Made in Russia certificate at the SPIEF-2025. It operates in the field of assistive technologies and medical cybernetics, develops and manufactures functional hand prostheses for adults and children from 2 years old, and also creates human-machine interfaces and a rehabilitation ecosystem. The company has the widest range of upper limb prostheses in the world. It supplies its solutions to CIS countries, the Middle East and North Africa, and Southeast Asia. It has been cooperating with REC since 2018, and with the support of the center, participated in business missions to Iran and Saudi Arabia.

Moscow Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise, holder of four Made in Russia certificates, presents means for dog rehabilitation. This is the oldest enterprise, whose history began in 1916. It is engaged in prosthetics, orthotics, and the production of orthopedic shoes compatible with prostheses, as well as products for animal rehabilitation.

ORTOMODA from Moscow is demonstrating three adaptive orthopedic clothing designs for people with disabilities at the exhibition. In 2024, the company received the Made in Russia certificate for orthopedic shoes for people with diabetes. In 2025, it already participated in the KIHE exhibition in Kazakhstan as part of the national exposition under the Made in Russia brand.

Another exhibition participant is the Metiz Group from the Moscow region, a developer and manufacturer of components for lower and upper limb prostheses. The company produces modules for prostheses of all categories for patients with different weights and different levels of physical activity and competes on equal terms with global players on the international rehabilitation market. The company's products are used on almost all continents. Metiz has been receiving support from the REC Group since 2017.

Event participants were also able to evaluate the solutions by ScolioLogic.ru from St. Petersburg: a 3D corset, an orthopedic helmet, a finger prosthesis, and a forearm prosthesis with microprocessor control. REC helped the company understand the intricacies of product conformity assessment on foreign markets, select online sales channels, and also supported the company in promoting itself at REHACARE International exhibition.

Also, high-tech clothing was presented by Putin Team brand from the Sverdlovsk Region, which passed the Made in Russia voluntary certification in 2020. The brand's philosophy is aimed at reflecting the national symbols, beauty and strength of Russia.

Finally, CCOVER presented cosmetic shells (contour covers) for lower limb prostheses at the exhibition, which compensate for the missing volume of the leg and change the appearance of the prosthesis, making it look like an accessory or gadget. The manufacturer, with the support of REC, took part in a reverse business mission to Armenia.
