Pskov Region-based plant producing metal molds and equipment for precast concrete products under the M-Constructor brand was awarded the Made in Russia certificate

Individual Entrepreneur V.N. Bagnyuk, manufacturer of construction materials equipment under the M-Constructor brand, is demonstrating strong export growth. In 2024, its sales volumes on the international market were +50% to that of 2023, with similar growth projected for the current year. The company has now received the voluntary Made in Russia certificate in the Reliability category.

The company manufactures a wide range of equipment for the production of reinforced concrete products: from metal molds and rotary tables to installations for forming prestressed beams, elevator shafts and ventilation units, wall panels, as well as lines for forming prestressed slabs.

"We've been working hard for years to export our products. We are now presented in 19 countries. It's challenging work, but it's rewarding," Artem Bagnyuk, Commercial Director, M-Constructor.

M-Constructor history began in 1995. It is a family business where every decision is carefully considered and verified. The production facilities are located in Velikiye Luki, Pskov Oblast, and occupy over 13,000 square meters, including four workshops, an administrative building, and a metal warehouse, employing 180 people.

Key advantages include a robust engineering department and in-house design, allowing to work individually with each client or engage multiple specialists to create technical documentation for complex and metal-intensive equipment. Modern equipment stock and a well-established production control system guarantee the high quality of products.

The company launched export operations in 2016. The plant's favorable geographic location—just 157 km from the Latvian border—facilitated the active development of ties with European countries. The first shipment— tetrapod molds —was to the Netherlands. By 2022, M M-Constructor equipment was successfully operating in 19 EU and CIS countries.

In recent years, the plant has actively participated in BakuBuild (Azerbaijan), KazBuild (Kazakhstan), UzBuild (Uzbekistan), Pskov Region Days, and business missions in Vitebsk, increasing its presence in these regions.

Today, the greatest demand for M-Constructor products is in the Belarusian market. Currently, a large-scale production complex is being installed at the Minsk DSK. It includes a 40-meter-long prestressed slab molding line, a concrete paver, a PVC uncoiler, a concrete smoother, and a concrete delivery bucket, all manufactured in Velikiye Luki. A molding bed over 70 meters long and rotary tables for the precast concrete plant in Mozyr are also under development.

Obtaining the Made in Russia certificate was a major step for M-Constructor. To obtain the certificate, the company registered on the Russian Export Center (REC) website, submitted an application, and provided the necessary documents. REC staff provided prompt consultations. The entire process took less than two weeks, according to the company's marketing manager Timur Zhemlikhanov.

"The three-color bird logo has already become an integral part of our metal molds. We are proud of our products and, at the same time, feel a great responsibility to our customers," company representative.

M-Constructor actively utilizes Russian Export Center services, specifically participating in international exhibitions. The company submits relevant requests through the Events service on the My Export digital platform.

The Made in Russia mark confirms the high standards and quality of products developed and manufactured in the Russian Federation. To obtain a free Made in Russia certificate, a company does not need to undergo additional checks by Russian Export Center. The certificate is awarded based on five key criteria, namely quality, reliability, uniqueness, environmental friendliness, and organic origin.
