  • 01 The main goal of the program is to increase recognition, promote, and sell Russian food, industrial products, and services in foreign countries.
    02 As of today, the network of Russian national pavilions is successfully represented on the strategic markets of Asia and the Middle East: China, Vietnam, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt.
    03 Our task is to effectively promote products under the unified brand "Made in Russia" by creating effective platforms for business meetings between Russian companies and potential clients worldwide.
  • The program includes:
    • Right to the brand: you receive the official right to promote a wide range of Russian products under the recognized national brand "Made in Russia" on the territory of the regional pavilion platform.
    • Reduction of marketing costs: you save on promoting each individual brand. You receive comprehensive marketing support at the level of the federal program for promoting the national brand "Made in Russia": advertising campaigns, BTL actions, large-scale events (festivals, fairs), etc.
    • Ready business format: you join a functioning ecosystem. We provide you with a stream of verified Russian suppliers (food, industrial goods, services), taking on their search and selection ourselves.
    • Diversification of sales channels: you gain the opportunity to supply Russian products to all key channels, from large distributors and retail chains to your own retail stores and online platforms.
    • Investment in a recognizable asset: your investments are directed towards the creation and development of a recognizable "Russian national pavilions" — a platform that increases the value of the entire range in the eyes of customers under the "Made in Russia" brand.
    • Minimization of risks when entering the market: you work with pre-selected products, the promotion of which is centrally supported, reducing risks and increasing the potential for successful sales.
  • The pavilion operator is a strategic partner who manages the development and comprehensive promotion of products from the residents of the National Pavilion under the "Made in Russia" brand throughout the country. The operator is responsible for promoting products through the pavilion platform, creating a network of regional promotion points, developing distribution, and integrating products into key sales channels of the target market.
    • Business experience: The presence of a legal entity registered in the Russian Federation or the country of the showroom location for at least 1 year.
    • Pavilion: A space for the pavilion that meets the technical specifications.
    • Team: In-house qualified staff for product promotion in the target market.
    • Warehouse: A storage facility with the necessary temperature control for storing product samples of pavilion residents.
    • Logistics and distribution: Availability of own or partner infrastructure for organizing storage, logistics, and commercial supply to retail networks and online platforms.
    • Business reputation: A positive business reputation based on verification and recommendations from a government authority or reputable business association.
  • Regional pavilion partner: a key local representative who promotes the range of National Showroom residents in the regional promotion point assigned to them. The main focus is maximum efficiency in promoting Russian products and brand recognition of "Made in Russia" in one region.
    • Experience: The presence of a legal entity registered in the Russian Federation or the country of the pavilion location for at least 2 years, with experience in promotion and sales.
    • Market expertise: Proven experience in successfully promoting and selling Russian products in the local market.
    • Team and infrastructure: Availability of a qualified team, sales and warehouse infrastructure.
    • Infrastructure and trading opportunities: Availability of space for the pavilion promotion platform and the ability to supply to key retail channels.
    • Support and recommendations: Positive business reputation and recommendation from a government authority or reputable business association.
    • Business obligations: Ensure the opening of at least 3 retail points "Made in Russia" within the first 6 months and at least 7 points in the first year; Ensure the sales volume of pavilion participants' products at the set level.
