As part of the 19th Verona Eurasian Economic Forum held in Istanbul from October 22nd to 23rd, the Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) hosted an event themed "Made in Russia." At the exhibition organized by the Russian Export Center, 15 Russian companies from various sectors, including agro-industry, forestry, chemicals, and cosmetics, showcased their products.
With the support of the Russian Export Center, participants in the "Made in Russia" campaign held approximately 100 business-to-business meetings with potential Turkish partners. Attendees discussed the future prospects and long-term development opportunities for supplying Russian products to the Turkish market.
“Participating in such international events allows Russian companies to interact directly with potential partners, showcase their products, and explore new export opportunities. Our goal is to foster business connections and translate existing consensus between Russian and Turkish companies into concrete contracts,” noted Timur Safin, representative of the Russian Export Center in Turkey.
The “Made in Russia” campaign not only provides export-oriented Russian companies with an opportunity to introduce Russian products to foreign audiences, but also opens up new prospects for bilateral trade cooperation.
The 19th Verona Eurasia Economic Forum was held at the Chiragan Palace in Istanbul. The forum brought together more than 1,300 participants from 35 countries, including government officials, business executives, diplomats, and experts.
