REC presented support tools to Koltsovo biopharmaceuticals

Novosibirsk office of Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) participated in the General Meeting of the BioPharm Association in the science city of Koltsovo. Experts and businesses focused on tools for expanding the presence of Siberian innovations in the markets of the Global South and the potential of the Made in Russia national promotion program.

REC was represented by Elena Bragova, Head of the Representative Office in Novosibirsk, and Elena Shevchenko, an expert in the relevant field. Addressing the cluster participants, REC speakers presented a comprehensive report on government support measures. Particular emphasis was placed on the seamless ecosystem of services offered by My Export platform and Made in Russia promotion program. Siberian companies received an invitation to participate in the upcoming Made in Russia festival and fair in Harbin. The event will provide a platform for direct communication with Chinese consumers and buyers. Furthermore, current exporters were invited to participate in the All-Russian Exporter of the Year. Made in Russia award.
"Before discussing specific instruments, it's important to emphasize that non-resource, non-energy export is a fundamental condition of country's technological sovereignty. For companies in the biopharmaceutical cluster, entering foreign markets isn't just about scaling up sales but rather confirming the global competitiveness of Siberian science," Elena Bragova.
The official part of the event also included the award ceremony for companies that demonstrated the high standards of their products. Made in Russia certificates were awarded to:
· SIAL (dietary supplement manufacturer): reliability of unique preparations based on seal fat has been confirmed.
· Vector-Vita Scientific and Production Center (scientific development): reliability certificate was issued for an innovative raw material—Argovit-S cluster silver solution.
· Innovations for Life: brand's cosmetic lines, created at the intersection of science and nature, received the quality seal.
Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) is a government institution that supports non-resource, non-energy export.
