Russian Export Center (REC) Presents Country's Technological Potential at the INNOPROM. Saudi Arabia

February 8, 2026

Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) organized a national joint stand under the Made in Russia brand at INNOPROM. Saudi Arabia International Industrial Exhibition. The event was taking place in Riyadh from February 8 to 10, 2026. Thirty-eight leading Russian companies from 15 regions of the country presented their cutting-edge developments at the REC stand.

Participation in such an exhibition is a strategic step toward integrating Russian business into the implementation of Kingdom’s Vision 2030 program. The digital and industrial transformation projects presented at the REC stand directly align with the priorities of technological leadership—one of the VEB.RF Group's key development vectors.

REC delegation is led by General Director Veronika Nikishina. The program includes a schedule of business meetings and participation in the plenary session.

"Today, non-resource export is primarily a cluster of enterprises that ensure Russia's technological leadership in foreign markets. Our exhibit in Riyadh showcases not just individual products, but comprehensive high-tech solutions ready for deep integration into the Kingdom's economy. I am confident that the synergy between Russian innovation and the ambitious goals of Vision 2030 will create the necessary solid foundation for a long-term industrial and investment partnership between our countries," Veronika Nikishina, General Director, Russian Export Center.

REC's joint stand at The Arena Riyadh Venue showcased the achievements of Russian engineers in three key segments:

Smart City and Energy: innovative electrical technology, modular data centers (DPCs), and intelligent resource metering systems.

Industrial engineering: equipment for construction mechanization, new composite materials and additive technologies (3D printing).

IT and instrumentation: unmanned aerial systems, analytical equipment, and cybersecurity solutions.

The wide geography of participants—from St. Petersburg and Moscow to the Novosibirsk and Sverdlovsk Regions—confirms the high level of readiness of Russian regions for international expansion.

Russian Export Center (REC) continues to develop support tools, simplifying business entry into Gulf markets. On My Export platform, entrepreneurs have access to an up-to-date calendar of events through 2028. The system not only allows them to select an exhibition using convenient filters but also quickly apply for co-financing of expenses, including space rental, stand construction, and sample logistics.

B2B meetings within INNOPROM aims to transform technological potential into concrete export contracts and strategic agreements.

Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) is a government institution that supports non-resource and non-energy exports. It provides companies from various industries with both financial and non-financial support at all stages of entering international markets, including as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project. Most services offered by the REC Group are available online on My Export digital platform. Businesses have access to training on all aspects of export activities through the REC Export School, part of the Group. REC is also responsible for the key functions of supporting and implementing the Made in Russia program.
