Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) is launching a bonus program for companies that have completed voluntary Made in Russia certification. The program includes discounts and preferential terms on payment products for foreign trade contracts.
Bonuses are available to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs when using payment solutions from Russian Export Center and EXIMBANK of Russia.
As part of the bonus program, holders of the Made in Russia certificate are offered special terms on the following payment products:
"Cross-Border Payments with China" offers a 15% discount on the agent's base commission specified in the agency agreement. This product allows companies to process payments under contracts with Chinese partners, taking into account current restrictions on international payments.
"Alternative payment methods to any country" offers a 36,000 ruble discount, with the service provided free for 365 days. This solution is designed for companies working with a wide range of international markets and building sustainable payment chains.
Discounts are available upon contacting EXIMBANK of Russia (REC Group) with information about a valid Made in Russia certificate.

Today, it's especially important for businesses to have reliable and cost-effective payment solutions. The new bonus program allows certified companies to reduce international payment costs and improve the sustainability of their foreign economic activity," Veronika Nikishina, General Director, Russian Export Center.
In addition to benefits for payment products, the Made in Russia bonus program provides:
- free publication of news about companies on the resources of Russian Export Center and its partners;
- marketing support for business missions, exhibitions and educational events of Russian Export Center;
- participation in sales promotions in national Made in Russia stores;
- additional scores when selecting for Russian national pavilions abroad;
- additional scores for participation in the All-Russian Exporter of the Year competition;
- extended support in intellectual property protection.
Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) is a government institution that supports non-resource, non-energy export. It provides companies from various industries with both financial and non-financial assistance at all stages of entering international markets, including as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project. Most services offered by the REC Group are available online on My Export digital platform. REC is responsible for the primary functions of supporting and implementing the Made in Russia program.
