The initiative, launched in 2024 by Russian Export Center (REC) in conjunction with the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, aims to promote Russian beauty and health products abroad and support women's entrepreneurship.
Current success. Some striking examples:
SPLAT — a brand with over 10 years of presence in China! This year, the company chose its flagship product, the SILVER Special Series toothpaste with silver ions, for its livestream at the exhibition.
The PUSY brand confirmed the importance of the Chinese market: their Brow Fix Gel has become a bestseller! The company will soon introduce new products to the local audience—keep an eye out for announcements.

"Russian cosmetics products are promising, high-margin export goods, combining natural raw materials and cutting-edge innovations. The industry is also considered socially significant precisely because of female entrepreneurship—its key driver and foundation. At REC, we pay special attention to the industry-wide promotion of cosmetics as part of the Made in Russia National Stores program: the year-on-year growth in supported exports was 12% last year. We traditionally promote our products in China through live streams. On the first day of the Made in Russia online festival and fair, the number of viewers of the stream exceeded 10,000. And here it's appropriate to recall the words of a representative of one of the project's resident companies, spoken a year ago at this very spot: "We don't adapt to local trends, we simply create them." I think these words best describe the potential of our cosmetics industry."
