Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) opened a retail store under the Made in Russia national brand in collaboration with a partner company of the Russian national pavilion.
Product mix includes hundreds of products, from confectionery and groceries to beverages and everyday essentials. Its shelves feature well-known brands such as Krokant, Alenka, Uncle Vanya, and Makfa, as well as natural honey, vegetable oils, and dairy products from leading Russian manufacturers. Direct shipments from Russia and the completion of all official customs procedures ensure strict quality control, guaranteeing 100% authenticity and product safety.
The new Russian store is the fourth in Shanghai. It’s worth noting that the Made in Russia store held a grand opening in December 2025 at Global Harbor, Shanghai's largest shopping mall.
"The event's cultural program attracted guests' attention, and in the tasting area, they were able to evaluate the quality of Russian chocolate, candies, confectionery, honey, flour, vegetable oil, mineral water, juices, and beer. We are currently seeing increased consumer demand for Russian products in China, which guarantees the efficient operation of newly opened stores selling Russian goods," Alexey Solodov, Vice President, REC.
Today, the retail network for Russian products under the Made in Russia brand is actively developing in China, including stores and dedicated shelves in existing retail outlets. REC, together with the Russian Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, open these retail outlets worldwide under the Made in Russia umbrella brand as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project.
Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) is a government institution that supports non-resource and non-energy exports. It provides companies from various industries with both financial and non-financial support at all stages of entering international markets, including as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project. Most services offered by the REC Group are available online on My Export digital platform.
