Vladimir sportswear manufacturer received the Made in Russia certificate

January 21, 2026
Vaxter Five manufactures sports and casualwear, as well as accessories and equipment. Its products stand out thanks to custom patterns, free design development for each customer, strict quality control, and minimal production times thanks to modern technology. Since 2015, Vaxter Five has been producing uniforms for hockey, football, and other team sports, martial arts apparel, tennis apparel, headwear, socks, bags, and balls at its own facility in Vladimir. The product range covers over 30 categories. Vladimir-based garment factory's products are already in high demand in Belarus and Kazakhstan. In the near future, Vaxter Five plans to expand its exports to China, Pakistan, and Tanzania. To expand into new markets, the company received the Made in Russia certificate in the reliability category from REC, VEB.RF Group. The certificate underscores the high quality and compliance of Russian products with international standards. It simplifies access to retail chains and international marketplaces through inclusion in the official Made in Russia online catalog. "The certificate is especially useful when working with foreign markets, such as China, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The REC 'birdie' increases chances of winning tenders and expands opportunities to participate in international promotions and exhibitions," Dmitry Ryabinin, founder and owner of Vaxter Five. To receive a free Made in Russia certificate, a company does not need to undergo additional checks by Russian Export Center. The certificate is awarded based on five key criteria: quality, reliability, uniqueness, eco-friendliness, and organic origin. Learn more about the Made in Russia program and certification requirements on the REC website. Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) is a government institution that supports non-resource and non-energy exports. It provides companies from various industries with both financial and non-financial support at all stages of entering international markets, including as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project. Most services offered by the REC Group are available online on My Export digital platform. REC is also responsible for the primary functions of supporting and implementing the Made in Russia program, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia coordinates the program within the International Cooperation and Export national project.
