Data Privacy Consent
    1. I (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), acting of my own free will and in my own interests, in accordance
    with Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of 27.07.2006, grant my consent to Personal Data Operator Russian
    Export Center JSC (Taxpayer number (INN) 7703376553, Registration number (OGRN) 1157746363994, 123610, Moscow,
    intracity territory of a federal city of the Presnensky municipal district, Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment 12,
    13th floor, office 1301), to automated and non-automated processing of the following personal data (hereinafter
    referred to as “PD”):
    1.1. Last name, first name, patronymic of the User.
    1.2. Place of work of the User.
    1.3. Mobile phone number.
    1.4. Email address.
    1.5. Information collected through metric programs (behavioral statistics).
    1.6. Technical, functional and other cookies.
    2. This Data Privacy Consent is granted by me for the purposes of implementing the main and supporting business
    processes.
    3. This Consent is granted by me to the Operator to, inter alia, collect, record, systematize, accumulate,
    store, validate (update, modify), retrieve, use, transfer (provide, access), depersonalize, block, delete PD.
    4. I also hereby consent to the transfer (provision) of my PD by the Operator, upon instruction for the Pd
    processing, in the amount necessary to achieve the purpose defined by this Consent to the following categories
    of legal entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Partners”):
    4.1. Organizations from the group of entities, to which REC belongs:
    4.1.1. EXIAR JSC (Registration number (OGRN) 1117746811566, legal address: 123610, Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya
    Embankment 12), to transfer PD specified in paragraphs 1.1–1.6 of the Consent, for the purpose of facilitating
    the implementation of the Operator’s primary and supporting business processes.
    4.1.2. EXIMBANK OF RUSSIA JSC (Registration number (OGRN): 1027739109133, legal address: 123610, Moscow,
    Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment 12), to transfer PD specified in paragraphs 1.1–1.4 of the Consent, for the
    purpose of facilitating the implementation of the Operator’s primary and supporting business processes.
    4.1.3. Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization for Continuing Professional Education Export School of Russian
    Export Center JSC (Registration number (OGRN): 1167700060890, legal address: 123610, Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya
    Embankment 12), to transfer PD specified in paragraphs 1.1–1.6 of the Consent, for the purpose of facilitating
    the implementation of the Operator’s primary and supporting business processes.
    4.2. To Organizations (Contractors) engaged by the Operator, the list of which is provided at URL on the
    Internet telecommunications network, to transfer PD specified in paragraphs 1.1–1.6 of the Consent, for the
    purpose of organizing the implementation of the main processes, performing the functions imposed by the
    legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the regulatory documents of the Operator.
    The list of Organizations (Contractors) may change without further consent or notice. The User undertakes to
    independently review the current list.
    PD shall not be transferred to any other entities, except for those in this Consent, as well as entities to whom
    transfer is mandatory in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
    5. Consent to the transfer (provision) of my PD to the Operator’s Partners is granted for the purpose of
    achieving the goals specified in this Consent and for the processing by the Partners of my PD obtained from the
    Operator by their collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, validation (updating,
    modification), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
    6. This Consent is valid from the date of its signing until the achievement of the goals specified in this
    Consent, or until its revocation.
    7. Consent may be revoked on the basis of a written statement sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of
    delivery to the above address of the PD Operator.
    I have been informed of my right to receive information about the PD Operator, the right to review my PD, the
    right to request validation, blocking or destruction of my PD if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or
    illegally obtained, the right to revoke this Consent at any time, as well as the right of the PD Operator to
    continue transferring my personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of
    Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of
    27.07.2006.
    I hereby confirm that, in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of
    27.07.2006, prior to the transfer of PD, the Operator has provided me with information about its name and
    address, the purposes of transferring PD and their legal basis, the intended users of PD, and the rights of PD
    Subjects established by Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data of 27.07.2006.
