The first Russian animators received the Made in Russia certificate

Russian Export Center (VEB.RF Group) awarded Made in Russia certificates to iconic Russian animation projects in the uniqueness category. These cartoons are the pride of the country and a cultural symbol uniting audiences in Russia and abroad. One of the first to bear the bird (the Made in Russia logo) was the animated series "Pushkin and... Mikhailovskoye" (Igor Valerievich Gavryushin, Sole Proprietor). The project, which has already gathered over 6 million views on major online platforms (Ivi, KION, Kinopoisk), tells the story of the great poet's life on his family estate in an accessible and modern format. The legendary Soyuzmultfilm studio received a similar certificate. The Made in Russia quality mark will now be awarded to new episodes of the animated series Well, Just You Wait! and Cheburashka. These projects are a vivid example of how traditional images are being transformed into modern, creative economic drivers. As a reminder, in 2025, the REC Group expanded the Made in Russia program. Representatives from the IT, jewelry, and creative industries can participate in the seamless support ecosystem. Today, audiovisual content producers can label their works with a national quality mark, confirming exclusive rights to the product. This decision aims to expand the presence of Russian creative content in international markets and to establish Russia as a country with the highest level of intellectual capital. The integration of the creative sector into the state agenda is also reflected in the design of the 2026 All-Russian Exporter of the Year. Made in Russia Award. This year, the Film and Animation category was officially included in competition’s main nominations. The Made in Russia certificate gives animation studios a significant advantage in application scoring and grants them priority access to promotional activities within the national program.
