REC supported Saratov Region export by 7 billion rubles

Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) supported nearly 200 companies in the Saratov Region in 2025, providing them with over 800 services, according to REC Vice President Alexander Molodtsov at the Saratov Region Days event held at VEB.RF.

"As a result, the total volume of direct export support provided by the REC Group in the region for the year reached 7 billion rubles. Regional manufacturers shipped their products to 65 countries. The main markets were Brazil, Türkiye, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan," REC Vice President at a session on support instruments.

In 2025, the Saratov Region ranked 29th among Russian regions in terms of export revenue, with over 175 billion rubles. Non-resource, non-energy export was dominated by metallurgy and precious metals (28%), chemicals (18%), oil and fats (13%), grain (9%), and other agricultural sectors (18%).
According to Alexander Molodtsov, Russian Export Center places special emphasis on supporting small and medium-sized businesses in the Saratov Region, including food, veterinary drug, and auto component manufacturers.

VOLGATRADE has been partnering with Russian Export Center (REC) since 2022, using its international consulting services, potential buyer searches, and partial reimbursement of agricultural product transportation costs. The company exports pulses and oilseeds. Its primary market is Türkiye. With REC support, contracts worth over 1 billion rubles have been signed.

The manufacturer of spices, seasonings, and sports nutrition, SARATOV-LAVR (Estetika Vkusa brand), places its products in REC pavilions abroad in Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

Promtechplast, a manufacturer of silicone and polyurethane auto parts, uses REC Group's insurance services for export contracts, international consultations on product compliance requirements, analytics, and training seminars. The company participates in the promotion program under the unified Made in Russia national brand.

NITA-PHARM, a leader in the development and production of veterinary drugs, regularly receives free sale certificates thanks to the support from Russian Export Center. Its products are supplied to Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, the UAE, and Vietnam.
The spark plug plant in Engels benefits from REC analytics, transportation support, and advantages of the Made in Russia program.
