Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group) awarded the first Made in Russia certificates to companies from the Kherson Region. The ceremony took place during Prodexpo, Russia's largest international exhibition of food, beverages, and raw materials.
"Agricultural products from the Kherson Region are successfully exported to the markets of friendly countries. Our strategic goal is to diversify the regional export sector structure. To this end, we actively work with companies with export potential, primarily food and processing manufacturers, to expand their reach to international markets. The support provided to our companies by Russian Export Center is crucial. The Made in Russia certificate confirms the high quality of our companies' products and will help them conquer international markets," Vitaliy Bulyuk, First Deputy Chairman, Kherson Region Government.
Kherson manufacturers of select meat and dairy products, rapeseed, and medicinal herbal infusions received Made in Russia certificates.
"Export-oriented businesses in historical territories are actively joining the Made in Russia program. Companies from the DPR, LPR, and the Kherson Region have completed voluntary Made in Russia certification. They manufacture food, pharmaceuticals, and beverages. Russian Export Center (REC) will provide comprehensive support to these companies at all stages of the export cycle," Alexander Molodtsov, Vice President, Russian Export Center.
The Made in Russia mark confirms the high standards and quality of products developed and manufactured in the Russian Federation. To receive a free Made in Russia certificate, a company does not need to undergo additional checks by Russian Export Center. The certificate is awarded based on five key criteria: quality, reliability, uniqueness, environmental friendliness, and organic origin.
